Tailored Health AI operates on a pay-per-module unlock model:
- Free Access: Basic health education and information
- Paid Modules: AI-powered personalized health assessments, lab report analysis, and customized action plans (gym routines, diet recommendations, supplement guidance)
- Digital Delivery: All services are delivered upon payment.
1. Module Purchases (One-Time Payments)
Before Accessing Your Personalized Report:
- Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if you haven’t accessed or downloaded your personalized analysis
- How to request: Email support@tailoredhealth.ai with your order number
- Processing time: 5-7 business days back to your original payment method
After Accessing Your Personalized Report:
- No refunds available once you’ve viewed, downloaded, or accessed your personalized health analysis, lab interpretation, or action plans
- Reason: Our AI generates custom analysis specific to your data. Once delivered and accessed, the service is complete
Technical Issues:
- If you experience technical problems preventing access to your purchased module, contact us within 7 days
- We’ll troubleshoot first, and if the issue can’t be resolved, we’ll issue a full refund
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Personalized health assessments that have been accessed or downloaded
- Lab report analyses that have been viewed
- Custom action plans that have been generated and delivered
- Services purchased more than 30 days ago
- Discounted or promotional purchases (unless required by law)
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors (full refund)
- Service outages preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Significant errors in our AI analysis (verified by our team)
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Before Filing a Dispute:
We encourage you to contact us first at support@tailoredhealth.ai. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
If You File a Chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, we may pursue recovery of funds and associated fees
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
